Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your GoldenPluma feeder. If you change your mind, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Change-of-mind returns: the feeder must be unused, in its original packaging, with all parts included. The customer pays return shipping.

Damaged or defective items: if your feeder arrives damaged or doesn't work, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@goldenpluma.com with a photo or short description. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and we'll cover the return shipping.

How to start a return: email hello@goldenpluma.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is free, so no shipping charge is deducted.
